So lately I've been experiencing severe stomach pains for maybe the passed 5 days..I had no idea what it could be. I figure it was food poisoning or because I hadn't eaten much those days but no matter how much I ate, the pain still didn't go away.
Then one late Saturday night, I noticed somewhat of a rash on my lower back and it didn't itch...it was more of a stingy sensation...
So I showed my sister and asked her what I should do...my sister recommended that I drink lots of water and flush out everything in my system because it might be from something I ate. So I drank lots of water but still the stomach pains would still come and ago...sometimes just a minor pain but other times, it hurt like a lil bitch!
I noticed that my rash began to spread but only on one side of my body. It didn't hurt and they don't itch much...my mother suggested it was from food poisoning as well but she insisted that I see a doctor just incase.
So today I woke up and went with my sister to see the doctor.
Fucking waited for 3 hours to see one and when I was in the doctor's office, I was only in there for like 10 minutes! Whaaatevs.
Anyway..he examined my rash and asked if I had any pain and I told him I was experiencing some stomach pains and that the pain would spread only to the left side of my body.
And then he told me I had shingles...haha so casually. I asked him what were shingles...
And basically...Shingles is a viral infection that occurs many years after you have a Chickenpox infection. After you heal up from the Chickenpox sickness, the virus never leaves but it is maintained by your body's immune system...which is why we are immune to Chickenpox after.
Anyway the main characteristics of Shingles is a rash on one side of your body...pretty weird huh? Because that's exactly what I have.
How the virus re-activates is still unknown but my doctor suggested that lack of sleep may be the problem...which is true because I go to sleep at like 3-5 am sooo I do need to sleep earlier.
So he wrote me a prescription for some pills and an ointment. So I go over to the pharmacy and get my medicine.
Pills = $10
Ointment = $130...something ridiculous!!! So I didn't buy it but it's okay because my doctor told me it wasn't required...the main thing was the pills.
The rash should go away in a week or two...and the pain...better go fucking away...
I've been toughening that shit out...fucking Spartan style!!!
Anyway...I'm not contagious unless I scratch my rash and touch you but I haven't touched it at all so don't worry ;]

"STAY FRESH"
11-23-08
I woke up at about 9 am today and headed off to work. Lately I've been having sharp stomach pains..I don't know why...could be something I ate...or because I didn't eat...whatever it was..it hurts like a mother.
It started in the center of my stomach and now the pain has moved more to my upper left part of my stomach...like my ribs...I'm kinda nervous and I'm hoping the pain will go away soon.
Anyway attended work, stayed there until 3ish because I had a staff meeting after. Came home and took like a 5 minute nap and then Gary picked me up from my house with Ruben and then we were off to the jam in Fullerton.
Freeways were pretty packed and we got a little lost but we still made it early even though we came late haha.
This jam wasn't that big...I guess not a lot of people heard of it and plus there were two other events going on today. I was originally supposed to enter with Matt Tran but the lil gook couldn't get off work...but that's okay cause with my stomach pains I don't think I was able to battle anyhow so I just came for emotional support haha.
Gary entered with Alex(KKC/SDC) as Poly Force!! If you've seen Summer Heights High you know wsup.
Overall the jam was slooow! It took forever for them to start, like if you've been to Psycho's jam...just imagine that but slower! lol
The jam had a nice vibe...for the most part, saw a lot of familiar faces and yet again bought another shirt but this one I wanted for a while...so fuck you.
Anyway, exhibition battle got cancelled -_- so it was just a 2 on 2 jam and not that many crews entered anyhow. They picked Top 8 and didn't start the second round until fuckin' 11.
Gary didn't make Top 8 and Alex had to leave so we just watched a few of the battles and left.
Ate at The Hat and Gary took me home and here I am ^_^
Such a tiring day and tomorrow I have a lot of homework...have to go a museum, write a paper on that, watch a movie and write a paper on that and read a book and write a paper on that. FUUUUUCK. =[
Pro's of the day...FREE MONSTER!!!...shirt...yeah >.>
Cons...fuckin' slowass jam...and Koolski wasting time by taking 34839058348095 years to give away free shirts..."1, 2, 3..." pretends to toss shirt in air...OOOOOH Koolski you got me! "1, 2, 3!" does the same shit! FUUUCK! and let's not forget "Give a shoutout to you! and you! and you in the corner! and him! and the floor!" Goddamn how long you gonna keep this going...honestly the jam would have moved a lot faster if Koolski just stopped talking and stuck to the schedule.
And as for the vibe..it was coo except for some cyphers...peeps need to chill out with that shit.
All in all...shoulda just stayed home and done my homework hahahaha.

CLAWS OUT 3

Well...I just came back from the Claws Out 3 event at LMU.
Overall it was a pretty cool event, I think Claws Out 2 was waaay better but this jam had a nice vibe. The floor was dope and the circles were cool.
There was a 32 crew cap off at the jam so Gary, Jon, and I didn't get to battle but it was chill, mainly just cyphered and watched some of the battles.
I didn't stay for the entire event, I left right before the final battle I think between Knuckleheads and Break Disciples..don't know who won.
Some of the highlights were Break Disciples vs. Boogie Brats(Kids). Those kids were fucking nasty and one of the hypest battles at the jam, seriously those kids are on some ill shit. I wish I was trained by K-Mel and Boogie Brats haha, definitely one of my favorites from the event.
I did not get a chance to catch the Popping battle between Pacman vs. Mr. Fantastic but I'm sure it was cool.
Casper vs. Mennoh was a pretty dope battle. Mennoh was on his A-game tonight, he wowed me every round. I think Casper could have done better but overall he was clean with his style. A good battle between these two b-boys.
I did disagree on some of the judges' choices that night but then again what do I know haha.
I mainly just had fun cyphering and chilling with b-boys from different crews. Peeps are coming up on some new hard shit, motivates me to train harder.
Damn...I'm so drained...what a long day. Overall I give the jam...7/10...
